Track Ovulation with Science-Backed Fertility Signs

Do you already use the Premom fertility app to track your cycle? You’re invited to join an ethics-approved fertility tracking research study led by a local physician in Ottawa. This study looks at how four key fertility signs work together to pinpoint ovulation more accurately β€” the same signs many women already use at home.

Supplies provided 5–10 min/day 3 cycles Premom App users

Participation is voluntary, confidential, and you may withdraw at any time.

πŸ”¬ The four fertility markers we study

  • ✨ LH (Ovulation hormone) – signals when ovulation is likely to happen soon
  • ✨ PdG (Progesterone metabolite) – confirms that ovulation already occurred
  • ✨ Cervical mucus – your body’s natural sign that fertility is increasing
  • ✨ Basal Body Temperature (BBT) – shows the temperature rise after ovulation

By tracking all four together, you can better understand when ovulation happens and how long your post-ovulation phase lasts.
